A trip to the stone forest of Meteora is a lifetime experience. You will be awed by the splendor of this stone cluster. After a first stop at Thermopylae, where the monument of Leonidas is located, we will cross mainland Greece to reach our destination. At Meteora we will have the opportunity to visit 2-3 monasteries of your choice (the monastery of Megalo Meteora, the monastery of Rousanou, the monastery of Agia Triada, the monastery of Agios Nikolaos or, the monastery of Agios Stefanos). The picturesque town of Kalambaka is located in the shadow of the imposing rocks of Meteora. We will enjoy a traditional Greek meal there before heading back to your hotel.
